All of our figures are expertly crafted using a photopolymer 3D printer. Please note that slight imperfections may occur due to the supports used during printing, and some figures may be made up of two or more parts. We use high-quality gray/black/white UV resin, and all figures are sold unpainted. Figure heights may differ by up to 5 percent. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on our current workload and volume of orders.

What is the return and exchange policy for this store?
All physical items are custom-made to order and, as such, cannot be returned or refunded. Figures are shipped unpainted, and the absence of paint is not a valid reason for a return request!
Do you accept orders worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our service covers the European Union and many other countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine, United States of America, New-Zeland, Iceland, and more.
Orders are sent via Deutsche Post or DHL. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
How long does delivery take?
After shipping, most orders within Germany arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on local postal service efficiency. For international orders, delivery times may range from 2 to 5 weeks.

General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
a) These terms apply to all orders made through our online shop.
b) The online shop serves individual consumers.
c) A consumer is an individual who engages in transactions for purposes outside of business or independent professional activities. An entrepreneur refers to an individual, company, or legal entity conducting transactions for business or professional purposes.
2. Contract Party, Order Process, and Corrections
a) Contracts formed under these terms are with Alchemy Prints (AlchemyPrintsEU@gmail.com).
b) Products listed on the website are displayed as a catalog and not as legally binding offers. You may add items to your cart and adjust them as needed until you place your final order. A binding order is made by clicking the order button. Order confirmation will be sent via email immediately.
c) The contract’s conclusion depends on the payment method selected:
- PayPal Plus: After checkout, you’ll be directed to PayPal to complete payment, at which point the contract is finalized.
3. Contract Language and Storage
The contract language is English. We save the contract text and send it, along with your order details and terms, via email. You may view the contract in your customer account. Contact us by email or phone for any lost order documents.
4. Delivery Terms
a) Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices listed. Details are on each product page.
b) Delivery is made to the specified address unless otherwise agreed upon. Product availability and estimated delivery times are shown on the product detail pages but are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
c) If an item becomes unavailable during order processing, we’ll notify you via email or your customer account.
d) If delivery is not possible due to factors such as access restrictions or absence at the provided address, you may be responsible for additional delivery costs.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- PayPal Plus: Offers a range of payment methods through PayPal, including:
- PayPal Account: Requires a registered PayPal account. Payment is completed upon confirmation.
- Credit Card: Processed via PayPal without needing a PayPal account, with immediate transaction.
- Direct Debit: Direct debit option via PayPal; payment processed after confirming the mandate.

6. Ownership Rights
The goods remain our property until payment is completed in full.
7. Transport Damage
If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please report this to the delivery service and contact us right away. Not reporting it won’t impact your legal rights or warranty claims, but it assists us in filing claims with the carrier or transport insurer.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
a) Statutory defect liability applies. Any additional warranties, if provided, and their specific terms will be detailed on the product page or relevant information sections in the online shop.
If you receive defective goods, you can request a repair or replacement within legal limits. If repair or replacement fails, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract in cases of significant defects.
9. Liability
We, our legal representatives, and agents are fully liable for damages resulting from:
– harm to life, body, or health
– intentional or gross negligence
– guarantees, where provided
– instances covered by product liability law
For minor negligence involving significant contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical to such contracts. This does not limit liability in cases of personal injury, guarantee breaches, or concealed defects, and product liability laws apply.
If liability is restricted or excluded, this applies equally to our employees, representatives, and agents.
Other claims for damages are excluded.
10. Cancellation Policy
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal:

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from either the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) received the goods or from the contract conclusion in cases of digital products not provided on physical media.

Send a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) indicating your decision to cancel the contract. You may use the cancellation form on our website or provide a similar clear statement. We will send a confirmation (e.g., via email) upon receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your withdrawal notice before the end of the 14-day period, and return the goods within the specified timeframe.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery). The refund will be processed promptly, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method for the refund as used for the original payment unless otherwise agreed, with no fees charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Please return the goods without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation to:

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For items not suitable for parcel post, we will arrange for collection.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You are only responsible for any reduced value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, or expires early for:
- Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal is broken after delivery, or if they are mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Audio, video recordings, or software in sealed packaging once the seal is removed.
- Goods custom-made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Goods that spoil quickly or have a short expiration date.
- Services provided in full with your prior agreement, acknowledging the loss of the right to withdraw once the service is fully rendered.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except for subscription contracts).
- Alcoholic beverages agreed at the time of purchase but delivered after 30 days, where the value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are made to order or customized according to consumer specifications.
- Goods that spoil quickly or have a rapidly expiring date.
The right to withdraw also expires early for:
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
- Goods that have become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software once the seal has been removed.
